Prescribed correctly, hormone therapy has been shown to lower cardiovascular and osteoporosis risk — and cardiovascular disease remains the number-one cause of death in women. It can also ease hot flashes, mood changes, skin changes, and genitourinary symptoms.

Depending on the autoimmune disease, I may coordinate with your endocrinologist, rheumatologist, dermatologist, or primary care provider. I focus on the hormonal, mood, metabolic, and skin pieces while staying in touch with your specialists so your care feels connected instead of fragmented. I don’t replace your specialists — I work with them so nothing conflicts and everyone is aligned.
