Telehealth scope
Fifty is a fully telehealth practice currently licensed to provide care to patients located in Florida, Maine, and California. Care cannot be provided to patients located outside those states.
Payment
Fifty is a self-pay practice. Insurance is not accepted, and we do not bill Medicare or Medicaid. Fees are due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
